Rosemary Portuguese Pink

Our latest addition to the incredible edible® Rosemary family. A delightful Rosemary with soft, clear pink flowers during late summer, autumn well into winter.

With its deep glossy green leaves it is a suitable variety to be used as a hedge and lends itself to be used as a topiary.

Like other Rosemary the leaves of Portuguese Pink can be used in wide variety of dishes, including roast meats, fresh vegetables and traditional Mediterranean cuisines and is used in marinades and dressings. Rosemary leaves can be use whole or chopped, fresh or dried. The flowers can also been eaten.

In addition its antioxidant properties can support overall health, while its aromatic compounds can enhance mood and promote relaxation.
