Kiwifruit Toumuri is a male variety of Kiwifruit required to be planted with a female variety (Hayward). Approximately 1 male plant is required to every 6 female plants. Kiwifruit thrives in a well-draining soil with a mix of loamy and sandy textures, avoid compacted or waterlogged conditions.

Kiwifruit is an attractive vine ideal for pergola or similar structure to give summer shade but let in winter sunshine.

Fruit to be picked when hard or soft and stored in fridge until required, once softened it can be eaten fresh, used to decorate your favourite dessert or made into divine jams. Awesome for kids lunchboxes.

Kiwifruit have a high concentration of vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, potassium, vitamin E, calcium and vitamin A. Also high in anti-oxidants and fibre.
