Gulosha Azerbaijani has bright scarlet red flowers, a spherical large red fruit containing bright red arils with a lovely balance of sweet and sour juicy pulp around many seeds. Flowers over a long period from late spring through summer. Glossy leaves. Harvest in late autumn/early winter (5-7 months after flowering). Pomegranate Gulosha Azerbaijani , specially cultivated to thrive in Australian conditions. The fruit will not ripen after harvest.

A deciduous tree-shrub, relatively slow growing but long-lived. Responses well to trimming (after harvesting) and are also ideal to be containerised. Fruits on new season’s growth. Apply regular general fertiliser to get established.
